To assist you with placing a quotation request or an order, please print the following schedules which relate to the products you require. You may download the Microsoft Word versions of the forms by clicking on the Schedule "title" and saving the document to your computer.
You may fill out the forms and send them to our Customer Service Department, at sales@tamco.ca, as an e-mail attachment. Or, you may wish to print the completed form and fax it along with your request or purchase order to 1-800-668-8476.
Please note that in order to process a purchase order, all columns but "Note" must be filled in.
