The Fox Plaza
Fox Plaza, a 30-story mixed-use tower at 1390 Market Street in San Francisco, was retrofitted with Tamco dampers—the first building to do so. Partnering with ABM Industries, Doug Miller of the George Yardley Company improved the HVAC system’s energy efficiency by maximizing air economizer use and reducing damper maintenance. Tamco’s Saltwater Resistance Option dampers, designed for coastal climates, offered a durable, cost-effective solution.
