To assist you with requesting a quotation or with placing an order, please select and download the schedules which relate to the products you require.

The Forms

To obtain a quote or to place an order, you may fill out the applicable forms and send them to your local Representative. Locate your Representative by visiting our Rep Network page.

If your region is represented directly by TAMCO, send your form to our Customer Service Department, at sales@tamcodampers.com, as an email attachment. Or, you may wish to print the completed form and fax it along with your request or purchase order to 1-800-668-8476.

Please Note

In order to process a purchase order, all columns in the product schedule except "Note" must be filled in.
